  • How do I change my password?

    To update your password, follow these steps:
    • Log into your online customer portal account
    • Type in your current and new passwords and select "NEXT". Your password is now updated.
  • How do I update my bank information with

    If you currently have an active loan with, please call 888-599-5077.

    Please be prepared to fax, text, or email a copy or photo of a voided check or bank statement from your new bank account. Also, if you are submitting a voided check, please do not submit starter checks, as we do not accept these as valid proof of bank information.
  • How do I update my employer information with

  • How do I update my customer profile?

    To update your account information, please call 888-599-5077.
  • What if I forgot my password?

    To reset your password, follow these steps:
    • Click the "Forgot Password" link under the customer login section in the top right corner of the website
    • Please enter your username or email address and click "Next".
    • Select your preferred communication method and select "Next". You will be sent a unique PIN that will allow you to reset your password.
  • What if I forgot my username?

    • Please click on the "Forgot Username" link and fill in the form and click "Send Message".
    • OR you can call 888-599-5077 to reset or retrieve your username.

Loan Inquiries:

  • Do I need to fax or email any documents?

    Yes, these documents include:
    • Unexpired Drivers License/State ID 
    • Current Bank Statement tied to your direct deposit - 30 days of transactions
    • Pay Stub (most recent) OR Benefits Letter (current year)
  • Can I apply for a loan from if I have less-than-perfect credit?

    Yes, less than perfect credit will not prevent you from qualifying for a loan from Even if you have been turned down by other lenders, may be able to assist you in obtaining a credit option that fits your needs.
  • How can I participate in the Refer-A-Friend Program?

    We know you’ll be thrilled with our savings and installment loans. And we’ll give you $50 for every friend, family member or co-worker you refer to We’ll even give your friend $25 when they get approved for a loan. Restrictions may apply.

    All you need to do is spread the word and tell your friends, family, co-workers, anyone.


    Copy your referral ID link in your customer portal and share it with your friends, family members and co-workers.


    Once your friend gets approved, you’ll receive $50 and your friend receives $25. And there are no limits to the number of people you can refer to or the amount you can earn.

  • How will I know when I have been approved for a loan? online applicants will receive an email notification when approved; In-store applicants will receive approval immediately in most cases.
  • What do I need to have ready when I apply for a loan from

    Please have the following ready when applying for a loan in-store and online:
    • Unexpired Drivers License/State ID 
    • Current Bank Statement tied to your direct deposit - 30 days of transactions
    • Pay Stub (most recent) OR Benefits Letter (current year)
    Proof-of-income may include a government benefits award letter with a recent bank statement displaying proof of direct deposits within the last 30 days.
  • Will I receive emails and/or text messages from uses email and text communications to keep you informed of your loan approval, payment reminders, promotions, events and more. It's very important that you receive all email communication from concerning your account. Please add our email address, to your address book as a trusted contact.

  • What is a Credit Builder Loan?

    A credit builder loan is an installment loan that is paid back through a series of payments, helping you build your credit history. While making payments, the customer savings component will grow with interest. This component will remain secure until you finish your payments, then that money will be transferred to you within 15 days.◆
  • How much money can I receive from

    The amount you’re approved for is based on information you provide in your application. 

    There are also state-mandated loan amount limits. Please visit your State page to view loan Rates & Terms.
  • Is Same Day Funding Available?

    When you complete your application before 1:30pm CST with all required documents, underwriting approval and signatures, you are eligible to receive your cash the same day. Restrictions may apply.
  • What are my repayment options?

    You can take advantage of the following repayment options:
    • Installment Payments: You may pay back your loan principal plus accrued interest through a number of scheduled payments made over the loan term.
    • Full Payment: You may pay back your loan in full at any time without any prepayment charges.
    • Early or Partial Payment: You may make an early or partial principal payment on your loan at any time with no prepayment penalties.
